Three years ago, NYPD detective Max Payne's wife and baby were murdered. Max gets himself moved to the cold case office where he can continue seeking the killer who got away. He's a loner, but couple contact him throughout a fateful week: Alex, his ex-partner who have found an idea, and BB, the security chief on the pharmaceutical company where Max's wife worked. Meanwhile, our body is piling up, some due to a drug on the street that is definitely highly addictive and, in case you get it, brings hideous hallucinations. When among the list of bodies is actually a woman Payne was the very last to discover alive, her sister comes interested in him armed on the teeth; Max must move fast.
