Rules for publications
Before creating a new publication read our RULES. Rules to be followed literally by all members!
Before submitting any articleTo avoid duplicates you Must- try to follow up site daily article by article !
- use SEARCH engine
Search field is on the right side of each page, under your profile. If links in a found publication do no longer work (deleted files on servers), your new publication is also very welcome. In such case, add (Repost) to the end of the title of your new publication.
To create a new publication, click the link
ADD NEWS in yor profile. You will see form for create publication with some fields.
Article has a Title, Category, Short Story, Full Story and Tags.Title:
It is name of your publication. It must be accurate and correct.
Category:
Please select the category which more conform to your publication. (Music, Video, Soft, Graphic, Games, E-books)
If you want post in category Music, you also need mark subcategories (use CTRL).
Short StoryShort Story must must have:
1 - Image. All Images must be upload ONLY on our topp0rtal.com server.
Minimum image size is 350 height x 350 width. Use services as
Amazon and
Google to search for images.
Publication without picture or publications with image uploaded on other server will be deleted!!!Insert picture using Picture manager:-Click on "Upload file" icon
- Select "Upload" button and use "Browse" button to select your picture
- Click "Upload" button
- When the image will upload click on the link with picture - link left from [original]. Image code insert in short story. The image was reduce automaticly.
2 - After the image on next line must be article title with code [ b][ /b]
3 - Next line must consist short description.

1. Provide the technical information about your rip - Image or tracks, AND additional info about presence:
* a) CUE Sheet file(s)
* b) Extraction LOG file(s)
* c) Covers (full scanning work very desired)
* d) Codec which has been used for lossless-compression.
2. Also, extraction LOG-file must be placed under the "Spoiler" tag (Of course in the NEWS-TEXT part).

Update 16.12.2011: We accept posts with english description only! All posts with russian description will be delete. If you add russian post, you must add and english description too, or only english description
All publications MUST contain MINIMUM TWO MIRRORS, which you like.
