The Islanders has come back….. and even strong. In his third studio album, The Islanders is developing its style of creating music. Ernesto Altes & Guillermo Morro exhibit the most MidTempo and Lounge aspect. Entre Aguas is a fusion between this characteristic MidTempo and the Lounge sound, creating a really entertaining CD where you can find tracks like Down By Night,a great example of this MidTempo sound together with piano strains and groovy basses. But also tracks like Entre Aguas which reflects the sounds that The Islanders is trying to find for their next albums. Entre Aguas has a lot of personality, pure groovy style mixed with piano solos and guitar strains. From track number 7 you can listen to the Lounge part where Espai Vital is a clear example of Lounge music with pads able to transmit relaxation and meditation. Pure Chilled beats.
